Lectures are conducted in Polish. Lectures by foreign guests are conducted in English.

The Congress Office will be located on level O, next to the main entrance.

PARKING
Parking at ICE Krakow is available for Congress guests. The charge for parking in the multi-storey car park is 8,00 PLN per hour.
Please note that it is not possible to reserve parking spaces. ICE Krakow is very well connected to public transport. In addition, paid parking spaces are available around ICE Krakow (paid parking zone) and there is a taxi rank in front of the main entrance to the venue.

GRAND OPENING OF THE XII CONGRESS OF THE POLISH SOCIETY OF CARDIOTHORACIC SURGEONS
You are cordially invited to the Ceremonial Opening of the XII Congress of the Polish Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons. The inauguration will take place on 26.05.2025 from 16:30-21:00 in lecture room A. The gala will be hosted by journalist Karolina Soczewka.

CERTIFICATES AND EDUCATION POINTS
Certificates will be sent electronically up to 7 days after the Congress.
Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 21 February 2022 on the manner of fulfilment of the obligation of professional development of doctors and dentists, a doctor is entitled to 15 educational points for documented hours of participation in the 12th Congress of the Polish Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons.
COMPANY EXHIBITION
On 26-28 May 2025, the scientific proceedings will be accompanied by an exhibition of pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment manufacturers, located on Level 0 and Level 1.

Additional participant registration is required for workshops.
NAME BADGES
Each participant is required to wear an ID badge throughout the Congress. Lack of an ID badge may result in not being allowed into the proceedings.
